Nice and friendly
I had a great sales experience, but the service experience leaves much to be desired. I have had my car around a month (less than 1000 miles on it) and have had a slow leak in my rear drivers side tire for about 2 weeks. I took it in to have it looked at. I had purchased the wheel and tire protection when I leased the vehicle. They didn't ask me if I had it when I checked the car in, they didn't tell me what was wrong with the tire or discuss repair.
