Williams HVAC replaced my evaporator coil and less than 3 months later the replacement coil failed. They came out and replaced it again but charged me full price for the second replacement. They blamed the failure on Carrier the coil manufacturer and told me if I had a complaint to contact Carrier. Of course there is no real way to know if the coil was damaged from the factory, during transit or during installation. Be aware, Williams does not stand behind their work. Use them only at your own risk.

I'm sorry this happened Mrs. Richardson. We here at Williams do our best to keep our customers cool on these hot summer S. Texas days. Unfortunately we do not manufacture the equipment and as with any kind of machinery, they can malfunction at any time. We did replace the coil under warranty so full price is not an accurate statement. The manufacturer only allows for a 30 day labor warranty so that is why you were charged labor.
