Once again Wade got my AC up and running the same day I called. I have been using Williams Heating & Air for years and will continue with him in the future. Highly recommend.
Would def recommend. Came out Wednesday and was back first thing Thursday with the parts to finish repair.
Went through our home insurance for first time, needed diagnose of hvac system because we had little to no air and no cold air in the summer, came through, diagnosed and ordered parts, replace and fixed within a week, had new thermostats installed, cosmic comfort couldn’t figure it out, williams heat and air came back and crossed a wire, now we have heat downstairs!
My AC shut down when it was 104 degrees. It was the worst. My home warranty company sent my job order to this company. They came out the next day. The guy was super nice and professional. I paid him $85 with a check and it should have been $80. He called me the following day and let me know I overpaid by $5 and if he could drop it off. I thanked him for his honesty and told him I'm just happy my AC is working and to keep it. I could have saved myself $85 by just changing the filter... go figure!!
