I have been with this doctor for years. Why? He is that good. Support staff treat you with respect. Office environment is relaxing. You are seen promptly so I never have time to read their magazines. Blood bank is on the same floor. How convenient is that? Lol

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming. They are very professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They go beyond the call of duty to ensure patients receive every service available.
