great cutomer service – I live in Greensboro NC and just can't find a store like this at home. I own a summer home on the beach and when I'm here I have to go by the hardware store. I've been doing business with Williams Hardware for 15 years. They have the most product selection and great customer service. I'm always treated with curtsy.
Keep your comments to yourself! – A particular gentleman who was assigned to the paint department asked me if he could help. I gave him a paint color that I wanted, and he took it to the back workshop to mix it for me. While I was waiting on the paint I walked several laps around the store.
