Pros: We were newer to PA and did not know the laws. After the neighbor burned down our house the owner offered us a rent to own. I loved living here. There were a few great long term neighbors. The manager was nice and helpful. I only met one owner and he was nice. I miss it so bad and wish I could go back, but we had a dispute with the owners of the park about the city telling us we could not pay taxes for the owners land.
