The staff is very rude and disrespectful. The food and ambiance are cute but the rude staff ruined it!
Service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Checked in with the host for seating, and told “it’ll be 20 minutes”. When we asked how we would be notified, she said “just wait over there” and shooed us off. Meanwhile, she began calling parties by name and people who walked up after us were asked for their name. Felt extremely discriminated against for no apparent reason. We decided to find drinks elsewhere.
Amazing atmosphere with staff that go above and beyond. Drinks were delicious as was the pavlova, best I've had outside Australia.
I didn't have any food so I can't comment, but the cocktails were outstanding. Our cocktail smith Kenny was outstanding at explaining and describing the various cocktails/ingredients. The cocktails had many rare and special ingredients which made them worthwhile. Our favorite was the Zipline, and it should be. Permanent addition to the menu.
