A rare example of a bright, customer focussed garage - clear up front and honest delivery (after nightmares elsewhere they are a great relief) The quality of people is superb. Jon, Wendy and the service team are friendly and helpful. Our car failed MOT for a parking amp bulb which they replaced (£0.32) and passed its MOT. We have serviced a 16yr old Freelander and a 10 yr old Range Rover Sport here and the cars run beautifully. We will soon be servicing our BMW i3 as they are handling e vehicles now.

Used Williams garage for the first time today. It won’t be the last. Extremely professional garage, very welcoming/friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first time going outside of main dealer to have an electric vehicle serviced. Williams charged half the price of the main dealer for the same work, and also checked the car over completely for free, advising on one other repair that may be needed. Overall a good experience and I will definitely use again.
