Dr Williams was the best peds Dr my children ever had a little slow but the best
Dr. Williams and the nurses have been nothing but wonderful to me a my daughter Aydan. It doesn't matter when I call they always squeeze my baby in. I've really never had a problem with a long waiting time. The whole staff is great to me and I wouldnt change a thing. I'm satisfied with the service.
Mrs. Williams is a great physician but appointments basically mean nothing at her office. If you have an appointment you can expect to be seen 2 hours after your scheduled time and I am not exaggerating. There are times when I have had to call off from work because an early morning doctor's visit took 3 or 4 hours and sometimes even 5. She is very knowledgeable nonetheless.
upon entrance its not a colorful setting for a child. Through out the building it just bleak and bland. The receptionist was not rude but had a "whatever" attitude. The nurse was polite and caring for towards the baby. The doctor reminds me of a midwife or person just started practice. My grandbaby is a week old and she jabbed her throat with the depresser, I've seen this done before and this was toooo rough. My first and last visit.
