Run away. It's been 6 months, and there are no cabinets. Our deposit is gone. Tyler has good intentions, and we've listened to many promises and excuses, but nothing. We have to assume that at this point, our project is dead. Think hard before you give him money.
I have been dealing with Tyler for over 18 months and still waiting for him to correct mistakes and finish two bathroom vanities that were delivered incorrectly. My toilet cabinet was made as wall cabinet, when invoice clearly states base cabinet. He missed two scheduled delivery dates this months without calling or answering my calls or text until I reached out to owner. If you can dream it, the William's Furniture Kitchen & Bath team can build it! They are masters of their craft. Tyler and his team built and installed all of the custom cabinetry for our newly constructed home and it is beautiful. They were easy to work with and focused on customer satisfaction. We are totally satisfied with their work.
I just began renovating my kitchen, and I stopped here to get some help and information. I was told to call Tyler, and he was extremely pleasant to chat with. He helped make my decisions as easy as possible, and was extremely professional and insightful! If you are looking to renovate or do any kind of remodeling for your house, I would 100% recommend visiting William's & giving Tyler a shot! You wont be disappointed.
