Don’t go here expecting good customer service in the flooring department. Waited 20 minutes in store to even talk to an employee about picking up an order that’s already been paid for.
Terrible experience. Was told it would be a 3 day job. 3 months later after multiple no shows or would call and say on the way and never show up. Mind you i already pulled up all the old flooring. Installer showed up. worked for 2 hours and left a half done living room floor. Said he would be back tomorrow. 2 to 3 weeks layer he came back a 2nd time and worked on the living room and front bedroom which had huge gaps. The flooring had dime sized chips in some pieces and was never actually finished. First installer had no clue... read more
I think it is a local family business. Very nice.
I have never been more disappointed in a chair. The very expensive recliner I bought my husband has a handle that's almost impossible to pull back and forth. I will never buy lazy boy again
