I got three unauthorized charges come out of my account of $50+ more than the agreed amount. When called to ask they only said they are probably going to ask more than the agreed amount, but did not apologize nor asked if I wanted a refund? We made an agreement with the amount I had requested, yet they still proceeded to charge way more than that, THREE TIMES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Had the most unpleasant experience with Crystal today. It felt as if a scammed was calling me. She was calling about a payment 20 years ago that I had no idea about and wanted information which she could not provide. Extremely rude and hung up on me and didnt even try to take my payment. Maybe some training on de-escalations for a debt collector would be a good start in her future.
