Ken Thomas was extremely easy to work with. He helped me out a few times when I needed to adjust my payments or the due dates.
I do not know this company or have ever had business with them but yet was called 4 times today while I was at work. When I did call to see who called me multiple times without leaving a voicemail thinking that it had to do with a family member, I got a lady on the phone who had a very thick accent and I had to get her to tell me what company had been trying to call me 3 times.
