Stacey Misnick was a great help with setting up my loan repayment plan, and was very transparent.
Words like helpful, kind, considerate are not usually associated with debt collectors; however, that is exactly what Allison was to me. She did all that she could to help me get my student loans in good standing. I’ve been going through an extremely stressful financial year, and with Allison’s help, I was able to get one stressful debt situation resolved to make things easier.
While there's no good way to sugar coat or explain away my involvement with William and Fudge. I will say, they have some of the most hardworking and compassionate reps working for them. I've dealt with a handful of their employees, but my main point of contact has been Derek Goodyear. He's helped me manage funds and payments throughout. Terrible company with rude workers
Daniel Ohlman was rude and aggressive. He spoke to me very threateningly. He spoke aggressively and was not willing to work with me. I would recommend not working with Mr.Ohlman. He is very unprofessional and rude. He insisted I take out collateral loans on vehicles my spouse owned before we got together. He started asking questions about my spouses job. He made assumptions based on the company my husband works at that we could use one of his bonuses ( bonuses he doesn’t get ) to pay off the loan. He wanted bi monthly paymen... read more
