Walked in at 9:25 before my shift starts across the street at 10:00am. I only order a single breakfast wrap. It is not 10:01 and I still haven’t gotten my wrap. And the kicker, people who have ordered food infront of me are happily eating their food. 35 minutes for a breakfast place is quite fankly ridiculous. Please have some more respect for your customers time.
Not happy at all with this location. Went in and ordered two drinks and a muffin ( a blended iced cappuccino, a bran oat muffin and a chamomile Tea). The drink was not made properly I told them that and they just took my drink and dropped a scoop of ice cream in it and gave it back to me like that. I always have a great dining experience at William's, especially when being served by Aisha! She is such a joy to talk to and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is cared for.
We hosted a club event through McMaster University at Williams Café and had an amazing experience! The staff were so kind and accommodating - especially Rebecca, Jenna, Alina, and Zack. They made the atmosphere so welcoming and everything ran smoothly. Thank you for being so great!
