I had taken my vehicle in for help with an issue I was having diagnosing error codes. The service department spent almost 4 hours trying to track down the root of the problem but, were unable to do so. I was upset and frustrated because I have spent alot of time and money on my vehicle and was desperate for answers from the trained mechanics at the Ford service department. This place absolutely scams you out of money, I’ve had my vehicle serviced at the same dealership in Towanda (I won’t name) ever since I bought it but I figured since I worked close here, I would get a quote for an oil change. They are $130+ more than what my local dealership has been charging me. Not only that, they will bring you in for warranty work, but won’t find the cause and decide to try to charge you for multiple diagnosis fees.
