I arrived home from work and my kitchen sink had somehow caved a fell completely under the cabinetry. I googled the closest business to my house and Williams & Fogg popped out. I immediately called and the technician arrived in 2 hours to fix the problem. The two guys that arrived were very professional, comical and provided me with a decent repair fee. I hope to never have to repair any plumbing any time soon but if I do... I'm calling Williams & Fogg!!!
Will use company later this year. Not ready yet. But told my sister about it. So.. her and her husband got a system with this company.
I had this company come out to my house for HVAC service! I purchased the unit from them I had full parts warranty! I explained that I had warranty before they completed the job!! It ended up costing me $400+ dollars! This company is a total ripoff I will never use them again!

The coordinator was very arrogant and rude upon the first interaction. My warranty company contacted them to assist me with improper air flow. The tech (David) came out and left my home in a worse condition than it was when he arrived - with Arctic air in one room and no air flow in the others. When I asked him to come back to fix what HE broke, he basically told me to undo what he did (mind you I have a degree in business, not a trade in HVAC). :-).
