Ordered a deluxe flower arrangement online. When the flowers were delivered the arrangement was a lot more sparse than the photo online. Much more greenery than flowers. When I contacted them they said the photos online are photoshopped by teleflora and they just try to do the arrangement according to the value you pay not what is shown online. I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my birthday. They were breathtaking. As a special surprise, they were delivered to "THE ALCOVE" for my birthday dinner. We live in Mansfield,,, but will happily make the drive for flower arrangements. Thank you !
Ordered flowers for a family members funeral with an upgrade to nicer one. They looked liked something I could have picked up at a store for $15-20. Called and they said they put in exactly what the recipe calls for and pictures are AI. Then that's false advertising! I've never had a flower place not take care of you. Will not use again.
My mother's flowers are still looking great almost three weeks after Mother's Day!
