The staff were all very friendly and helpful on the phone. The kind lady on the phone helped me decide what kind of arrangement to send and even helped me word the card to go with the flowers. The arrangement was very reasonable. They delivered the flowers right away on the scheduled day and my Mom LOVES them! Thank you so much!
