Great artists and service, consistently great quality
I have been using this flower company for years as I send flowers and arrangements to my elderly parents there in the area . Nicole was very kind and sent a second beautiful arrangement out immediately as a courtesy to my dad when my first order had some discrepancies. Pretty disappointed. The first picture is what I ordered, the 2nd picture is what came. I even paid extra to have it more full and it seems way smaller than the "standard" picture, plus they all look really wilted.. I asked to have a ♥️ on the card, then even called to specify what I meant and the card was printed out verbatim 🙄 going to think twice next time.
