They don't deliver when they say they will and they also said a picture would be taken prior to delivery and never recieved one. Delivery was supposedly made a day after date promised. Zero communication to me about a delay in delivery. Not satisfied !
I've used Williams several times in Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and Poulsbo and they have been really great, delivering on time and beautiful bouquets. However, I ordered a bouquet on May 2 to be delivered on May 9- the day before Mother's Day. The bouquet was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift from my 6 year old grandson to his mother. After 5 pm I called to inquire about the delivery where I was assured by "Tammy" the flowers would be delivered on the 9th in the late evening. Nope. My grandson was heartbroken. I ordered flowers to be delivered Friday for Mother’s Day. They never arrived. When I called Saturday I was told they were on their way. Still never arrived. I was unable to reach them to see if they were even going to get delivered at all s I could make alternate plans. Monday I called and got my money back but I feel if an order cannot be filled, we should be communicated with. Disappointing Mother’s Day for my mom.
Went over address 3 times to make it was written down correct....still, they delivered to the wrong address!! Spoiled surprise. BS!! First and LAST time from these jokers.
