I chose the bouquet i ordered because of the big sunflowers that were in it. Williams Flower replaced them with daisies and didn't notify me of the change. I called them and they wouldn't make it right. They've lost my business
Unless you like fresh oil stains from their delivery driver and being ignored by the manager Janelle, after repeated calls to her staff over the past several weeks, then this your place. Otherwise I would steer clear.
Careful, their “Bothell location” is actually a dental office. Not a local Bothell florist
Great customer service and I loved they sent me a picture! Flowers were gorgeous
