I ordered a small bouquet and boutonniere for my private wedding ceremony about a month and a half in advance. I paid in full ahead of time (as required) and sent an email with numerous photos showing the exact look I wanted. I also placed the order in person, where I was able to show employees the same photos and clearly describe my request. This usually a great store. Last time I was there on Friday the person working wouldn't make a small arrangement for me. She stated she was too busy. I think that was poor service on her part. It only take 5 minutes at most. I guess I'll find a newnplace.

I would give no stars if I could. My original order was completely derailed and while speaking with the lady on the phone, I was made to feel as though it was my fault. Everything I was told with my original order was not correct and their only “solution” was a style and color I did not want. Of course I find this out 2 days before my wedding so my hands are basically tied. Thankfully the bouquet did turn out nice, but it was not at all what I ordered. Horrible business! They cannot get their communications straight. First they said the delivery would be late that day. Next they said they were delivering the following day (day 2). Then the next day (day 3) they said that they didn't even have the flowers for the arrangement. Then I get another communication that they were delivering. All after I told them to cancel and refund on day 2. When I finally got to talk to a human, she refused to cancel and refund my order. My husband has bought me flowers from here 3 times now. 2 out of 3 times I was thoroughly disappointed with my arrangement. The arrangement doesn't look very similar to the photo in my opinion, it looks very similar to the last arrangement I received despite the photos on the website looking so different. The flowers also didn't seem to last as long as other places that I've gotten flowers from. I will definitely be seeking another florist in the future.
