Nice Flowers, Late Delivery The flowers are nice, even for the price, which is a little higher than you'd expect. My only complaint was that they deliver so late in the day. If you're sending flowers to Fort Smith, you'd better specify a delivery time, or else expect your flowers to come in the afternoon.
Sometimes They Are Great I have used Williams for years. They used to be really good, but lately their arrangements haven't been as pretty or unique as in the past. They seem a little overpriced for what you get and they are late delivering in Fort Smith. My husband occassionally sends me flowers to work. I don't usually get them until around 3pm.
