The delivery person did not ring the bell and the flowers sat at for appx. 40 minutes. Very poor business ethics!!!!!!!
I GOT TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY. I placed an order through Avas flowers but this company filled the order. I ordered Birthday Indulgence in a Large with a happy birthday mylar balloon. There was no balloon and here is a picture of what was received versus what I ordered. The order cost over $100. They should be ASHAMED!
I cannot even begin to express my disappointment with my Experience with Williams florist. My sweet husband ordered these flowers Through1-800 flowers. My husband has did many amazing things for me, but we have been together for 18 years so he wanted to surprise me on my birthday and send me 18 roses for the 18 years that we have been together.
