Williams Floral have always been WONDERFUL! I am from Staples but have not lived there in 40 years. I pick up the phone or e-mail a flower order for my parents or family members and the delivery is always on time and of good product. My last minute remembering of holiday or birthday flowers or a plant is always taken care of by the Williams Family and their business. I will continue to use them as long as I have family and friends in the area.
This is a business where you can Guarantee Immature personal and the ability to get hung up on while being a customer trying to pay for your product. If you have to raise your voice in lew of them not hearing you for any reason. They feel offended and cut the conversation off and tell you they wish not to ever take your order & do business with you again.
