We spent over 20k for Williams Fire Sprinkler Company to install a fire alarm system. The system never worked and was always reading a fault code. Their service techs visited our facility ten plus times in a year. We pulled the plug on the system and canceled their yearly monitoring service as it called me and other managers constantly through the night (after reading failure codes).
