The pool is great but they need to do better training on how they do the height requirements. Each life guard does their own thing. A life guard decided to try to ruin a 7 year olds birthday over a slide. He is also a racist so keep that in mind he's working in the building.. It is a great Recreation Center, but when I was done swimming, I came out to take a shower and one of the bathrooms was flooded so I went to the bathroom next to it and before I turned on the shower, I seen particles such as dirt and grass on the shower so I rinsed it off . I just didn't like that I had to clean up something that wasn't my job or fault. I payed to go swimming, not swim and clean up the bathroom . That wasn't good service, but overall, it is "Ok" .
This employee (Sierra)is extremely rude. Experienced her being rude to many people and this time it was me. She has no people skills and is clearly on a power trip. The center is great, but dealing with employees like this makes the environment toxic.
