The staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. They wanted me to inspect their work before signing off on it , and made sure it was done right and that I was happy with the results!

I can't say enough great things about this place! Hans in the sales department is who you need to ask for. His follow up was the reason we ended up coming here. Jason and Buck in the service department were top notch as well. We couldn't be happier with our new Minnie Winnie that we bought from Williams Family RV!!
DON’T DO IT!! Go to another dealer. This experience has been a nightmare and it should have been the best. Even though we absolutely love our Rockwood geo travel trailer we bought, this place has not been able to get their act together!! Worst customer service ever!! When we did our walk-through there was a busted cabinet drawer. Did not lift at all. The sales person knew about it.
