Rod is the one that said they would send a tech out Saturday. If they could not get it fixed they would order the.parts and get them for Monday. He sent me a link to pay the 165.00 service call minimum. I paid it mistake .The employee came out Saturday. He was not a tech . He had no ladder no sockets only a borrowed meeter and some pliers. We had a couple warranty issues. Serviceman came to site and investigated. Parts were ordered and were back on site as soon as parts arrived. Took care of both issues. Very friendly and personable
