My husband John (Bo) and I came all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio to buy a camper from Williams Family RV. We worked with Andrew for several weeks over the phone to get the deal we needed to bring this beauty home. The entire staff was amazing! Never once did we feel pressured to buy. James showed us the in and outs of our new camper and how to work everything. I would like to thank Marcus, Tyler and Micah for making us, including our dog Joey, feel right at home.
I drove 4 hours, through 3 states, to trade for a Sprinter. Salesman Tyler did a good job of arranging the deal. However, the dealership failed to issue a temp tag or give me my old tag to transfer. A series of emails and phone calls failed to get any action for nearly a month, during which time I couldn't legally drive the Sprinter. Finally, after incorrectly assuring me my tag had been mailed, Andrew in Finance emailed a temp tag I could show a police officer "in case I got pulled over". Worth the 6hr drive. No pressure sales. No crazy add-ons. Everyone i came in contact was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Tommy made the purchase enjoyable.

Update at the end. I am a first time RV buyer and Hans and Mika were my salesman. They both had horrible communication with me that will affect my credit. When I filled out the paperwork on the 28th of Feb I saw that the first payment was going to be due the 29th of March. I called Hans and Mika who told me that I would be contacted by the bank financing the loan to change the date to the month after since I was unable to give the down payment until the first of March.
