My daughter was seen less than a week ago for a sudden reaction to something unknown. Was prescribed Benadryl. She is still having issues so I asked for a referral to see an allergist to get to the bottom of the issue. They won’t send it unless I come in for another visit which is $200. All they care about is money. I love the providers but their “rules” are money driven not for the patient care.
I just love my Dr office Williams Family Medical is absolutely fantastic! The Dr's and staff are so nice and understanding! They actually care about the patients.
I was not told or asked if they could send a sample I left in the office over to the hospital resulting in a bill I am now responsible for. I only was told they would swab in office. I was also given a sample of a drug that to come to find out 3 weeks of being on this drug was not covered and now I had to take myself off of. I have called the office with no reply from the Dr. or her PA. My well being does not feel important.
