# 1 in customer service!!!
Yes they are nice ,but miscommunication seems to be a problem. We have had the same aflac insurance for 2 years but they couldn't find it in system ?? Also had me down for a tooth ache when I needed a cleaning?? The sad part is I took off work to be there and they couldn't help me
My daughter has been going to them for the last several months and I cannot say enough good things about them. They have given her smile back to her and for that I am truly grateful. Office staff is wonderful and easy to deal with. I would recommend this practice.
