Very poor communication and follow-up. On January 18, the office submitted a VA preauthorization request for me. It is now April and I have not received a single update or phone call from them. I had to call multiple times just to ask for a status. When I contacted the VA directly, I was told the request had already been sent back to the office due to an incorrect billing code they submitted. This place has gone down since the new owners. It’s been a yr now since I went for X-rays to get something fixed. Months go by with no follow up calls to me but the bills sure kept coming. Finally I call them for updates and nothing. Almost a year and I went in for yet another X-ray. It’s been over a month no follow up calls from them again. Left VMs and still nothing. Loves this place when it was Williams Family Dental. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. How do you no follow up with patients. Do better.
If I could give less than one star, I would. Let me say this: they don't know how to properly glue a crown. It fell off three times! They project an image of expertise with their pleasant attitude, but it's misleading. Their focus is on pushing the most expensive options, even if those aren't in your best interest. Money comes first for them, and you come second.
Williams Family Dental is no longer is business. Westwood Dental has now taken over the business you can tell the quality of service is poor and pricing is not clear. I enrolled in there yearly service $300 went in for a cleaning they said I had to pay an additional $380 for teeth cleaning. I asked for a refund! I still had to pay $49 for wasting my time!
