Amazing staff from front desk to hygentist. You enter are are quickly greeted, even when you leave they thank you for coming in. Awesome dental care! Dentist are friendly and caring.

Love Holly as my trusted hygienist and Dr. Nickel and Dr. Johnson handle my general dentistry. The whole team is professional kind and easy to work with. As far as the difference in names and owners from Dr. Williams I see no difference. I will forever have a place in my heart for Dr. Williams but I know this team is making him proud. Life is forever moving and changing. I would say if you are not happy move on. There’s no reason to sabotage an honest business with crappy reviews.

Very poor communication and follow-up. On January 18, the office submitted a VA preauthorization request for me. It is now April and I have not received a single update or phone call from them. I had to call multiple times just to ask for a status. When I contacted the VA directly, I was told the request had already been sent back to the office due to an incorrect billing code they submitted. This place has gone down since the new owners. It’s been a yr now since I went for X-rays to get something fixed. Months go by with no follow up calls to me but the bills sure kept coming. Finally I call them for updates and nothing. Almost a year and I went in for yet another X-ray. It’s been over a month no follow up calls from them again. Left VMs and still nothing. Loves this place when it was Williams Family Dental. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. How do you no follow up with patients. Do better.
