Hate to leave a bad review as these guys are basically my neighbor but I’ve never had a good experience with them. Dropped my machine off and was told they’d look at it that day and more than likely have it back to me in a day or two. A week rolls by so I call and check on it. Still hasn’t been looked at. They look at it the next day and say I need a part order so I tell them to order it(they said they had it at the memphis store and should be here in 48 hours). 2 more weeks roll by with no update so I give them a call.
