Wow! I called and left a message to make an appointment on what seems to be the family's home phone. My call was never returned. A week later I called back and the mom/wife answered "Hello". I asked if this was Williams Electric and she said yes. I told her I was calling to make an appointment and she wanted to know what I needed. After explaining, she told me that they were "really busy" and "too swamped" and to call someone else.
