Dr Williams is a very good doctor and he cares about his patience and what happens to them Debra Safford I have been a patient of his and I want to be a patient again
I adore Dr. Williams. He is an excellent physician; however, the reason I gave it a one star rating ia because I take a medical transportation service to get to my appointments. NOONE ever answers the phone, responds to a fax, and for the last month and a half, there phone system has not been working properly, or so I was told by am employee. Absolutely ridiculous!
The most rude people never answer the phone the people who work on front and in the back are so rude they treat people so disrespectful how in the world they are still dealing with people who go and think is a good place to put their health in? In my life I would recommend this place not with this nasty ass rude people there they don't care never answer the dam phone is insane.
I loved Dr. Dwight Williams until this new office manager took over. She is the reason why his regular staff left. You can't get a phone number for his Ashboro clinic. I signed for my record to be released. 11 months ago. But no one seems to have them. Such as the doctor he recommended. Or the Dr. I now have. She called Ashboro and they told her they don't have a Linda Coleman there.
