Professional. Straightforward. Rarely find engineering service providers with in field hands on construction experience. Patrick brings a wealth of knowledge to the table beyond drafting - Real estate an investment strategy is a bonus with Williams Designs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Like some of the other reviewers below, I wish I could give stars. I have worked in the construction field for 8 years, and my husband has been in the industry since he was 16 and we have never dealt with someone who is so unprofessional and unresponsive as Patrick. We took a recommendation and used Patrick for our drafting services to start drawing our house plans. We began the process back in Jan/Feb and here we are in September with no house plans finished. I wouldn't even rate him as a 1, but didn't have a choice! Acts like he knows it all, blames everyone for not getting drawing done for engineer! I've been waiting 3 months!!! Ive even tried calling and texting, with absolutely NO response just like my builder has! He's a joke! Told my builder to look for someone who takes their job seriously!
