DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Like some of the other reviewers below, I wish I could give stars. I have worked in the construction field for 8 years, and my husband has been in the industry since he was 16 and we have never dealt with someone who is so unprofessional and unresponsive as Patrick. I wouldn't even rate him as a 1, but didn't have a choice! Acts like he knows it all, blames everyone for not getting drawing done for engineer! I've been waiting 3 months!!! Ive even tried calling and texting, with absolutely NO response just like my builder has! He's a joke! Told my builder to look for someone who takes their job seriously!
We gave Patrick Williams a $500.00 deposit 8 months ago to draw our house plans, and now conclude that we will never see those plans. Patrick never gave us the option of having a contract …said he needed the cash so as to keep it off his books and can give us a little better price. He knew he’d never follow through with these, and that we’d never pursue justice in small claims court, because it would cost us more than the $500.00 that we want returned to us.
