Nice guy...tells you everything you want to hear. Then, disappears and you never hear from him again. Schedules meetings never keeps them. My advice....don't waste your time. Plenty of other professional businesses in Ocala.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Like some of the other reviewers below, I wish I could give stars. I have worked in the construction field for 8 years, and my husband has been in the industry since he was 16 and we have never dealt with someone who is so unprofessional and unresponsive as Patrick. We took a recommendation and used Patrick for our drafting services to start drawing our house plans. We began the process back in Jan/Feb and here we are in September with no house plans finished.
