RecommendedShout out to this shop. I have dealt with them in the past and never had a bad experience. Called yesterday and talked to Rick about a intermittent turbo issue I was having (small issue that has happen a few times over 5 years) and he suggested I not bring it in until the issue becomes more frequent. He did not want me to waste money for them to try to troubleshoot a small problem that they possibly could not find seeing its a rare issue. Michael O. Was very personable and treated me incredibly well. Went over and beyond to get me a fair price on repairing my 2010 Cummins 6.7L Turbocharger. Emailed me a quote prior to bringing the truck in and the quote was accurate down to the penny. He called and kept me updated of the situation!!!
Very professional staff, and technicians are best in town.
We had visited multiple dealerships with no resolution to our problem. We brought our truck to Williams and they found the problem within minutes! The truck has run great ever since. They are the ONLY guys, other than my husband, that will ever work our diesel again. Professional, courteous and great at what they do.
