Dr. William's is a extremely knowledgeable, and experienced physician. He takes time to explain everything to you in layman's terms so you fully understand what's happening. Very down to earth friendly guy. Glad he is my Doctor!
The fact you have to wait for 30+ min when your on time for your appointment is ridiculous. And other people go back to see the doctor before you do after 30 min of waiting, and your on time. Something needs to be done..
