BEWARE before you begin treatment with this clinic! After spending nearly 2,000.00 plus travel expenses with Williams, Daily & Frazier, I was abandoned mid-treatment with no care plan in place whatsoever. I was told by Dr Frazier that I was in urgent need of a bone graft due to a previous injury to my front tooth which was capped and failing.
