Got to view the inside and it was incredibly nice
One bedroom apartments are approx $1500 at roughly 700sq ft, and come with garage parking included. Much better price point than other local complexes, but can be better. That's still a huge charged amount for a single bedroom apartment, and you're charging a $600-1500 deposit + $300 non refundable holding fee. That's unethical. Let's do better.
