I visited the office yesterday (2/23/2026) for birth certificate. It was a long drive from IN in winter weather condition. When arrived I was told the system just went down and they cannot process it. The lady came downstair to explain the situation and provide possible ways she can help to make it easier to avoid another long trip or long wait, With her help, the situation was managed with a workable solution.
