Very good at communication, phone calls were always taken and never had to wait on a return call. Emails were answered within minutes, what two times I had to email them. I never needed to email because they kept us up to date through the entire process. The ladies who work there are AMAZING!!! This has been the easiest closing we've ever had with all the buying and selling of houses we have done.
