Wrong meter reading provided to Washington gas when replaced the new meter
This company replaced our meter on behalf of Washington gas and there is leak. But we having to hire another contractor to fix the issue because Washington gas will not fix the issue.
I was notified by Washington Gas that I needed to have my natural gas pressure regulator replaced. WC&MS was contracted by WGL to complete this work. Approximately 40 minutes after the WC&MS employee completed the work and left the house, I began to smell gas on the main floor. I went into the basement where the regulator is and the small of gas was overwhelming. I quickly ushered by two children and dogs out of the house and called the gas emergency line. No gas for 2 weeks in 50 degree weather. Always come randomly without any calls. Worst customer service ever Update: it’s been three weeks and there’s still no gas because I applied to sick-leave for staying at home from 7 AM and left a note atfront door said dear gas guy I’m home. Please knock the door or ring the doorbell. Nobody has shown up til 3 pm. Called the company and the representative said someone stopped here 1 hour ago and say the note.
