I brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson to Williams Collision after being rear-ended waiting at a traffic light. Basically the whole rear of my car had to be replaced. I also had the hood of my car repainted because the original paint was starting to chip off. When I got my car back it was in showroom condition. The car looked and ran like the first day I took it home from the dealer. It was perfectly clean inside and out. Did a great job repairing the bumper and rear hatch to our Traverse. Just make sure you check your signals when leaving. My wife had noticed that the right blinker is indicating that there's a bulb out, this should've been checked before. But, otherwise, the work was good.
From getting greeted by the kitties, and picking up my car, they did an amazing job. They even cleaned my car, super amazed with this great job ! I know a lot of people have trust issues when it comes to body work on there car. Honestly it was the best decision to go with williams collision center. I would like to add that my insurance geico recommended them.
I got my car repaired at the shop recommended as a preferred repair shop from my insurance progressive. My experience with them has been a 10 out of 10. I worked with Mark throughout my repair process and he was very kind and attentive. I would recommend this shop to anyone
