Dr. Williams is the best doctor I have ever had. She has been my doctor for 15 years now. She is compassionate and genuinely empathetic to her patients. I always feel cared for, not like I am just a list of medical issues, even though I always bring one to my appointments. She is vigilant about following up on prescriptions, paper work for insurance, tests, reading results and the next steps to take if any. Dr. Williams has an amazing bed side manor. Family has used Dr Williams for years now. She is great, takes her time, great advice and referral if needed.
Filing complaint with medical board and will pursue it until disciplinary action taken against her. She treats patients with chronic, progressive medical diagnoses as drug seekers. Does not even do basic assessment to identify problem. Showed no concern over extremely low blood pressure. I am a nurse and never seen any medical provider treat their patients so unprofessionally. Caution friends and family from using her as their physician. She asked "what do you expect me to do for you?" Care.
I have a phobia of doctors and nurses and I do not trust them. Dr. Chrysti is the only doctor I feel safe with. I travel from Conway to see her because I know she will take care of me. When no other doctor would listen, she did. I will never switch doctors!
All I can say is that ,this Doctor has watched me grow from a child to an adult and has always been a very good Doctor. She has always given the best treatment and advice ,out of any other M.D. I have ever known! Has the best bed side manner and truly cares about her patients! "I consider myself lucky too have such a caring and intelligent Dr.
