Every visit is great, explains well, very thorough and never rushed. Husband and I have been using Dr Williams for many years. When our local Dr , she was recommended by family member, great decision.

Dr. Williams is the best doctor I have ever had. She has been my doctor for 15 years now. She is compassionate and genuinely empathetic to her patients. I always feel cared for, not like I am just a list of medical issues, even though I always bring one to my appointments. She is vigilant about following up on prescriptions, paper work for insurance, tests, reading results and the next steps to take if any. Dr. Williams has an amazing bed side manor. Family has used Dr Williams for years now. She is great, takes her time, great advice and referral if needed.
Filing complaint with medical board and will pursue it until disciplinary action taken against her. She treats patients with chronic, progressive medical diagnoses as drug seekers. Does not even do basic assessment to identify problem. Showed no concern over extremely low blood pressure. I am a nurse and never seen any medical provider treat their patients so unprofessionally. Caution friends and family from using her as their physician. She asked "what do you expect me to do for you?" Care.
I have a phobia of doctors and nurses and I do not trust them. Dr. Chrysti is the only doctor I feel safe with. I travel from Conway to see her because I know she will take care of me. When no other doctor would listen, she did. I will never switch doctors!
