Dr. Williams performed an upper scope on me and was very polite and knowledgeable. I was sick the morning of the first scheduled appointment and had to cancel with short notice. They were very understanding and didn't charge me being that it was out of my control.
Veterans beware: Dr. Williams performed my procedure well and seems to be a very knowledgeable and competent doctor; however, he refused to write a nexus letter for my diagnosis because it "sounded fishy." He's claimed to have helped many veterans in the past, but upon asking for a nexus letter for a condition he diagnosed me with, he requested that I get one through my primary care instead, as he did not know what a nexus letter was. Dr Williams is the best guy in going through something that no doctor can figure out he is going above and beyond to help me and figure out what's wrong. His bedside manner is wonderful and he explains things very thorough so you can understand. The first surgical procedure he did he was awesome I was nervous and he was just reassuring that everything was fine. The lady's in the office go above and beyond to help it Everytime I have to call in.
He got woke up early last Saturday to come save me and get out my pissed of appendix! He was so nice and caring and gets a A+ for getting it out in one piece and sending me home with just 3 little holes. Fastest and nicest hospital/surgery visit ever. I'm on the mend and so thankful for his great skills.
Thank you Dr. Williams for the great care I received during surgery. Dr. Williams and staff all did a wonderful job day of surgery and follow up.
