I love the cardio room and the new equipment, also the fact it can be 24 hour access to fit your schedule.
So many different workout options to choose from. I love that I have 24/7 access. Friendly staff! Overall great place to work out. 🏋️♀️💪

Pretty sad. Open til 830 but my 17 yr old daughter was told she had to be 18 to use facilty. This was at 745 by the way. I pay 50 a month for my 24 pass but yet my kids cant use the place unless staff are there. Yet when staff is there all they do is watch movies or play on their phones. Or talk shit to the kids there. They have a poster of the volleyball team that they so called support but the girls cant use they facilty whenever they want. Most of these girls have school. The things they did for my neck and shoulder pain really helped. They moved a wand over my neck and shoulder using ultrasound. It really helped. I was impressed.
