We try our best to support a small business but not this one anymore! We brought flooring for our whole house. Thought the owner knowledge was great until we had our vinyl plank and carpet installed. The vinyl plank scratches easily and carpet in the master bedroom was laid wrong and within a year, the carpet looked totally worn out. I’ve tried numerous calls and emails since 4/2020.
