I have had carpet and LVP flooring done by Williams in 4 bedrooms, a dining room, and a large, divided living room. I began with one master bedroom several years ago and have continued with various rooms through my most recent job in 2026. Both Richard and Chad are great to work with and Richard is exceptional at accurate measuring. They have a great selection of products and are there when they say they will be there whether for measuring or installation. I have always been very pleased from my first job to my most recent!
I do not recommend at all. This place has horrible customer service Richard I believe his name is was incredibly rude! I would never give my business to these people even if they were the only store in a 100 mile radius!

Great people to work with! Good pricing and they went out of their way to get the job done so we could get our furniture moved into our new house to us. Thanks again Chad for the great service.
