I called to schedule an appointment and the girl ask me my address. I told her she could pull up my ex and it would have all address info. She took ex of that account and added my name to the account to save time I guess. I come in for the appt and they try to get me to pay a bill she had previously. Then refused to vaccinate my dogs cause I would not pay her bill on a dog I never owned or had. This guy is very rude tried to charge me a bill from someone who lived at my address before i did. The girl in the office made my appointment using my address asked me about the previous person that lived their and when i showed up they said it was my bill and i had to pay it young guy wouldn't listen to me and said i dont want to hear your story very rude
