We had wind damage on our roof, and Maxwell was a caring, knowledgeable, and hard-working rep throughout the whole process. He stayed on top of the insurance claim, handled all the paperwork and steps, and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. While we waited for approval, the crew came back several times to add more tarp and protect exposed areas whenever strong winds caused more shingle loss.
