I have medical equipment with Williams Brothers, and I was having issues with my equipment after store hours. I called the number on my machine and talked to a on-call service and Otis called me within 5 minutes of my issue. It was a easy fix and Otis was able to trouble shoot it over the phone. And I was good to go. Great service from day one.

I have been getting supplies and medical equipment from Williams Brothers, I really like working with Judy the respiratory therapist she is the sweetest, caring and a very compassionate person . And I can’t forget about Otis the delivery driver , he is caring and helpful. He has always answered my questions with care and herespectful and polite. I look forward to seeing Otis when he visits
Otis was very knowledgeable and friendly. He brought the box out to our vehicle for us and showed us how to use our equipment. He made sure I understood what to do if something broke. I feel confident now. I definitely would come to them again for all my medical equipment needs.
Otis did the original setup on my oxygen concentrator and portable concentrator in my apartment. The big concentrator quit working last night around midnight. Since the portable only has a 2 hour charge, I called Williams Bros. I got the night answering service, relayed my message to Otis. He called right away and was here within an hour with another concentrator. He patiently explained some things to help me care for the concentrator. He was gone by 2am and I’m doing well.
