Williams had an order from my doctor for 3 months and continued to drop the ball and never complete the order. They always blamed the doctor or me for the problem. They lied about leaving voicemail, getting faxes, insurance information. I had to request another company complete my order. Beware of this company.
They were great to work with. Highly recommend.
The man at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. He gave us excellent instructions on our equipment.
