UPDATED REVIEW -- NEW CONSTRUCTION - Met with the representative who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was courteous and took the time to fully discuss my concerns. The first review is incorrect as I was misinformed by the GC for the Builder. In turn, the GC's ignorance, rudeness, and absolute disregard for customer care was the basis for the first review. All outside outlets installed are INDOOR non-TWR without any GFIs. NO GFIs on breaker panel. NO GFIs in bathrooms. New construction hired by builder - not our choice! MAJOR SAFETY HAZARDS. Called multiple times for assistance - NO RESPONSE. NO WAY I would allow them to correct these BASIC mistakes. NO confidence in them at all.

Maybe they do great work. We'll never know. We got their name thru a close friend and called for an estimate. After several phone calls we finally got an estimate. We were told one month. That was 6 weeks ago. I called several times and got excuses instead of the truth. We didn't pick the expensive route so I'm sure he decided we weren't worth his time. I had already suggested Williams Brothers to someone but was sure to tell them to find someone else, not worth wasting their time.
