This was the worst living situation I have ever experienced. Michael Williams rented me an apartment for $750 a month, after 3 weeks there the furnace stopped working completely. No hot or cold air. I asked him could he come take a look at it and I didn't get a response for a week. I had to reach out to him again and ask could he come fix the unit.
